LuontoLempi was born from a deeply held belief:

that nature carries a quiet wisdom, and that when we slow down enough to listen, it gives us everything we need to feel whole, grounded and well.

For generations, Finnish people have turned to the forest for healing – through berries, herbs, sauna, smoke, water and silence. I created LuontoLempi to honor these traditions and bring them gently into modern life, in a way that is authentic, sustainable and accessible to everyone.

Every product, ritual and treatment begins in the Nordic landscape:

the scent of pine after rain, the strength of wild herbs, the softness of moss, the purity of Arctic berries. I work only with Finnish ingredients collected with respect for the land and the people who tend it.

LuontoLemmen products and experiences are made by hand in small batches, following old Finnish methods where nature is never rushed, and nothing unnecessary is added.

Over the years I have built meaningful collaboration with Kenya – a partnership based on respect, shared values and the beautiful connection between two cultures that honor nature in different, complementary ways.

In Kenya, I work with local communities, students and wellness professionals who share a deep appreciation for natural healing, traditional knowledge and sustainable development. This collaboration has brought new perspectives, heart, and vitality to LuontoLempi’s work.
